"WOW. Just WOW! I found odNOVA after trawling the internet for reviews for a decent clinic and practitioner and, boy am I glad I did! I have had treatments before but Piotr's manner, knowledge and technique are second to none I first went for a consultation at his clinic (which, by the way, is extremely clean you could eat your dinner off the floor while the treatment chair is so comfortable you could sleep on it) where it soon became patently clear that Piotr knows exactly what he is doing and why. He has numerous certificates displayed on his clinic walls, several of them Master's degrees which include cosmetic and aesthetic medicine which not only impressed me but also reassured me too. He asked me what I wanted, listened and then explained more about the procedure, gave me options and advised what he would recommend. He did so with explaining the science behind it but in layman's terms so that I wasn't bamboozled with jargon. He is so friendly, relaxed and most importantly of all non-judgemental. At no point did he try to give me a hard sell or advise extra procedures. In fact he told me to go away and think about it to decide if I wanted to go ahead. I did go away. I went away feeling like I had just had a chat with a friend and was armed with knowledge. And then I went back. I have had procedures before somewhere else but this was on a different level. Piotr gained my consent before doing anything, talked me through the procedure as he was doing it, checked to see if I was ok or in pain (I didn't feel any at all), all whilst being as gentle and relaxed as possible yet incredibly professional. A very rare combination, in my experience. After my procedure, odNOVA booked me in for a review a couple of weeks later at no extra cost, to discuss how I felt about the results, to see if I was happy and if I needed a bit more (again at no extra cost!). This just shows exactly how much Piotr cares not just sbout his clients but also his craft. I came away from my first appointment extremely happy and the second absolutely delighted. The results are so natural that no-one can tell I have had work done, which is exactly what I wanted. I am over-the-moon. If you want an open, transparent, warm, genuine, honest and extremely skilled practitioner - Piotr is your man. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His technique is impeccable. In my opinion it just goes to show that all those degrees prove he really is the Master."
